Gagan Singh’s practice is about roaming around in the city, using it’s cafe’s as studio spaces. They become thinking spaces which formulate and challenge everyday living. Questions about site, how drawing functions as a medium, how conversations become illustrated are the key points of working.
Gagan has an MA in Fine Arts from Kent Institute of Art and Design, Canterbury, Kent. He is the founder of RIDS (Research in Drawing Space), which looks into Drawing based projects. He also runs a Telecom company in Delhi.
