The Delhi Comic Arts Festival (DeCAF) is an International festival of Comics which begins its first chapter this year.

The festival will focus on the world of comics, cartoons, illustrations and also explore its many roles in film, animation, gaming, publishing, artworks via a series of exciting presentations and exhibitions by artists as well as professionals connected to the world of comics.
